Cantick Head Lighthouse
The lighthouse cottage at Cantick Head is pleasantly situated with most rooms having views looking out over the sea towards the Pentland Firth or across the hills of Hoy (the highest in the Orkney Islands). From the lighthouse gentle strolls take you to the Hills of White Hamar wildlife reserve just next door, to a nearby sandy beach, or to the shops and general store in Longhope. Find out more.
Corran Lighthouse Lodge
Corran Lighthouse Lodge is situated on the shoreline of Loch Linnhe, a beautiful tidal sea loch on the West Coast of Scotland near Fort William. The Lodge is converted from the original lighthouse keepers’ cottages and accommodates up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. Located right next to the lighthouse, the Lodge is at the gateway to the magical Ardnamurchan peninsula. Corsewall Lighthouse Hotel
Corsewall Lighthouse Hotel is set in 20 acres of stunning coastal scenery with its own ruined Iron Age fort, Dunskirkloch, on site. On a clear night the beams of several Scottish and Irish lighthouses can be seen guiding the ships across the North Channel. During the day you can explore local walks and look out for some of the local wildlife including deer, seals, dolphins, sea birds and if you’re lucky, a rare sight of a sea otter.

North Ronaldsay Lighthouse
Situated on the remote and beautiful northern shore of North Ronaldsay, the former Lighthouse Keepers’ Cottages offer visitors year-round, self-catering accommodation. The North Ronaldsay Trust led a ten-year refurbishment project following the decommissioning of the cottages and the automation of the Lighthouse. During the restoration of the cottages, meticulous attention was paid to preserving the historical character of these buildings.
