Congratulations to POLE STAR and PHAROS Caterers for holding onto the healthy living award for over 10 years. Chief Caterers Cathryn Moir and Ned Kelly were at the event in Glasgow to pick up the award from Scotland’s National Chef Chef, Gary Maclean. The conditions of the award are based on the principles of a healthy balanced diet, using healthier ingredients and preparation methods.
