TEMPORARY LIGHT

Mariners are advised that, on or about 8 JULY 2009, the existing light will be temporarily replaced by lights with the undernoted characteristics:

Location:                                 On scaffolding around the lantern and dome on the North East and South West sides

Synchronisation:                     Both lights are fully synchronised with each other

Character:                               Flashing White every 10 seconds (as before)

Elevation:                                32 Metres

Nominal Range:                      10 MILES

A further Notice to Mariners will be issued prior to the re-establishment of a Permanent Light of the same character in August 2009.
