TEMPORARY ALTERATION TO SERVICE
Notice is given that, on or about 6 AUGUST 2010; the Type 1 East Cardinal buoy station will be temporarily withdrawn from service and replaced with a Type 2 buoy. Mariners are advised that the nominal range of the light on this buoy will be reduced to 5 Miles, the X/S Band Racon service will be retained, and the AIS service will be suspended.
