Mariners are advised that, with immediate effect, the Riff Bank West buoy station has been re-established in the following position:-

Longitude 004° 04.395’ West (approx.)
Character:Flash Yellow every 5 seconds (as before)
Colour:Yellow (as before)
Description of Structure:Special Mark Buoy (as before)
