ENHANCEMENT OF RADAR BEACON (RACON) SERVICE 

Notice is given that, with immediate effect, the X Band racon at this station has been replaced with a dual X/S Band racon with the undernoted characteristics:-

Frequency:X Band = 9300 – 9500 MHz
S Band = 2900 – 3100 MHz
Response Time: Simultaneously active on both X and S bands for 20 seconds in every minute
Nominal Range: 5 Miles
